Once registration and payment are successfully completed, a confirmation email and/or SMS is automatically sent to the participant’s registered contact details. In some cases, there may be a delay or delivery issue.
What to Check First
Before contacting support, please go through the following checks:
1. Check Your Spam or Promotions Folder
Sometimes confirmation emails may be filtered into spam, junk, or promotions folders. Please search your inbox or our sender email address.
2. Allow Processing Time
If your payment was completed recently, please allow 24–48 hours for the confirmation email to be generated and delivered.
3. Verify Your Email ID
Ensure that the email address entered during registration was correct and active. A small typo may prevent delivery.
4. Check Payment Status
If your payment was successful, the confirmation will be sent automatically once the transaction is fully processed.
If your payment is pending or failed, the registration will not be confirmed.
How to Check Your Registration Status
You can verify your registration status by:
- Logging into our registration portal www.mysamay.in using your registered email or mobile number
- Checking your bank or payment app for a successful transaction reference
Still Haven’t Received Confirmation?
If you have completed all the checks above and still have not received your confirmation email, please contact our support team with the following details:
- Full Name
- Registered Email ID
- Registered Mobile Number
- Transaction ID (if available)
- Event Name and Race Category
This will help us assist you faster.
Important Notes
- Confirmation emails are sent only after successful payment
- Delays may occur during peak registration periods
- Please avoid multiple registrations if confirmation is delayed
