Can someone else collect my bib on my behalf?

Yes, bib collection through a proxy is allowed, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Proxy Bib Collection Guidelines

If someone is collecting the bib on your behalf, they must carry the following:

• A copy of the registered participant’s photo ID
• A copy of the registration confirmation
• A copy of the proxy collector’s photo ID
• An authorization note from the registered participant (digital or printed)

Important Notes

• Bibs will be handed over only after successful verification of the required documents.
• The Event Organizers reserve the right to deny proxy bib collection if the documents are incomplete or verification is unsuccessful.
• Bibs are non-transferable and can be collected only for the registered participant.

When and Where to Collect

Bib collection dates, timings, and venue details will be communicated to participants through official channels prior to the event.
