Category Change (Upgrade / Downgrade) Policy
Participants who wish to change the race category they have registered for may request a category upgrade or downgrade, subject to the conditions below.
How to Request a Category Change
To request a category change, please send an email with the required details:
- Email: supportteam@mysamay.in
- Subject Line: Category Change – [Name of the Event]
Please include your registered name and registration details in the email.
Registration Policy – Changes, Cancellation & Refunds
Category Changes:
Change of race category shall not be permitted within 60 days prior to the event date.
Cancellation Charges:
An amount of INR 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) shall be levied towards processing charges for any cancellation of registration.
Downgrade Policy:
No partial refund shall be provided for downgrading any race category.
Refund & Change Window:
Requests for refunds or changes shall be permitted only up to 60 days prior to the event date, subject to registration being open.
Post Deadline Policy:
After the above-mentioned period, no requests for changes or refunds shall be entertained under any circumstances.
