Category Change (Upgrade / Downgrade) Policy
Participants who wish to change the race category they have registered for may request a category upgrade or downgrade, subject to the conditions below.
How to Request a Category Change
To request a category change, please send an email with the required details:
- Email: support@nebsports.in
- Subject Line: Category Change – [Name of the Event]
Please include your registered name and registration details in the email.
Upgrade Requests
- Category upgrades are permitted, subject to availability.
- Any difference in registration fees between the current and new category must be paid.
- The upgrade will be confirmed only after successful payment of the fee difference.
Downgrade Requests
- Category downgrades are permitted, subject to availability.
- No refund will be provided for any difference in registration fees in case of a downgrade.
Important Deadline
- All category change requests must be submitted no later than 60 days before the event date.
- Requests received after this deadline will not be entertained.
Additional Notes
- Category changes are subject to approval by the Event Organizers.
- All decisions regarding category changes will be final.
