What will be my volunteer role and reporting time?

Volunteer roles and reporting times are assigned based on event requirements and will be communicated in advance.

Volunteer Roles

Volunteer responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Bib distribution and participant assistance
• Route support and guidance
• Hydration station support
• Baggage counter assistance
• Crowd management and help desk support
• Finish-line assistance

Roles are allocated based on event needs, volunteer availability, and experience.

Reporting Time

• Volunteers are required to report at the assigned location and time shared by the Event Organizers.
• Reporting times may vary depending on the role and shift assigned.
• Exact reporting details will be communicated via email or phone prior to the event.

Important Notes

• Volunteers must adhere to the assigned role, shift timings, and instructions.
• Late reporting may lead to reassignment or cancellation of the volunteer role.
• Volunteers are expected to remain on duty for the duration of their assigned shift.

Communication

All role assignments and reporting instructions will be shared through official communication channels before race day.
