If your payment has been deducted but your registration is not showing as confirmed, please don’t worry. This can happen due to a temporary delay between the payment gateway and our registration system.
Why This Happens
- A brief network or connectivity issue during payment processing
- Delay in confirmation from the payment gateway
- The transaction is still being processed by the bank
What You Should Do
- Wait for Confirmation
Please allow some time for the system to update. In most cases, the registration status is updated automatically. - Check Your Email
Look for a confirmation email (including spam or promotions folders). - Contact Support (If Required)
If your registration is still not confirmed after the waiting period, please write to our support team with the following details:- Registered full name
- Registration ID (if available)
- Transaction reference number/Payment screenshot
- Date and time of payment
- Payment method used
Important Notes
- Do not attempt to make another payment unless advised by the support team.
- In case the payment is successful but the registration fails, the amount will either be updated against your registration or refunded as per policy.
- The refunded amount will be automatically credited back to your account within 3 working days.
