Code of conduct & disqualification policy

To ensure fair competition, participant safety, and smooth event operations, all runners must strictly follow the rules outlined below.


Participation & Bib Rules

  • Participants may only run in the race category for which their entry has been confirmed.
  • Running number bibs and bib tags are strictly non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • Any runner found interchanging bibs or bib tags will be disqualified and barred from participating in future editions (2025/2026) of our events across the country.
  • Only confirmed participants wearing the correct event bib will be allowed on the race route.
  • Bibs must be worn clearly on the front of the vest.
  • Any tampering, folding, mutilation, alteration, removal, or exchange of the bib or chip will lead to disqualification.
  • No Chip, No Timing, No Certificate, No Prize Money.


Start Time, Results & Certificates

  • Participants must start the race at the official start time of their confirmed category.
  • Runners who do not start at their designated start time will not receive results or certificates.
  • Participants running without a valid bib or wearing an incorrect bib will be removed from the course.


Fair Play & Eligibility

  • The Event Promoter reserves the right to disqualify or exclude any participant who:
    • Provides incorrect personal details during registration
    • Is banned under IAAF jurisdiction
    • Is suspected of using banned substances
  • No refund of the registration fee will be issued in such cases.


Prohibited Actions & Items

Participants will be disqualified if found:

  • Using wheeled vehicles of any kind on the course
  • Running with pets, unregistered runners, or underage children
  • Carrying gas balloons into the event venue


Cut-Off Times & Course Compliance

  • Cut-off times will be enforced at designated points to ensure timely reopening of roads.
  • Runners failing to meet cut-off times must move to the footpath to complete their run.
  • Route support will be provided only within official cut-off limits.


Medical & Safety Authority

  • Event medical personnel have the authority to stop any participant deemed medically unfit to continue.
  • Participants must comply with all instructions issued by medical staff, police, and security personnel.
  • Random security checks may be conducted on race day for participant safety.


Baggage Policy

  • Baggage counters are available only for 42K, 21K, 10K, and 5K participants.
  • Participants are strongly advised to avoid bringing valuables.
  • The Event Organizers are not responsible for loss or theft of baggage or belongings.


Photography & Media Usage

  • Photographs and videos taken during the event may be used by the organizers for promotional and marketing purposes.


Final Authority

All decisions taken by the Event Organizers regarding participation, safety, disqualification, results, and compliance with rules will be final and binding.
