There is an error in my result – what should I do?

If you notice an error in your race result, please don’t worry. In most cases, result discrepancies occur due to missed timing mat reads during the race.

Common Reasons for Result Errors

Result issues may occur if:

• One or more timing mats were skipped
• The bib or RFID chip was not worn correctly
• The bib was folded, covered, or damaged during the race
• The participant did not cross the start or finish timing mats properly

What You Should Do

1. Review Your Race Details
    Check whether you crossed all timing mats along the route.
2. Contact Support
    If you believe there is an error, please write to our support team with the following information:
   • Full name
   • Bib number
   • Race category
   • Description of the issue
3. Verification Process
    Our timing team will review the data and respond after verification.

Important Notes

• Results are generated based on official timing system data.
• If timing mats were skipped, the result may be incomplete or invalid.
• Decisions taken by the Event Organizers and timing officials after review will be final.
