Registration Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy

Please review the policy below regarding registration cancellations, refunds, and transfers.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Requests for cancellation of registration and refund of the registration fee will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Registration Transfer Option

While cancellations and refunds are not permitted, participants may transfer their registration to a different race listed in NEB Sports’ race calendar, subject to the following conditions:

• A transfer fee will be applicable.
• Any difference in registration fees between the original and new race must be paid (if applicable).
• Registration transfers are allowed only up to 45 days before the event date of the originally registered race.
• Transfer requests received after this deadline will not be accepted.

How to Request a Registration Transfer

To request a registration transfer, please send an email with the required details:
